YOUR ORDER AND OUR INVENTORY
We know that euphoric feeling of finding the perfect gift. We also know that not-so-good feeling of finding out it’s “not available” when you need it NOW. We really dislike when this happens, too, but there are times when the inventory on hand just doesn’t keep up with the demand on our site. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and make all attempts to get the item to you as quickly as we can if you still want us to. Unfortunately, there are also times when the manufacturer is sold out. We will keep you posted on back-ordered delivery dates or other pertinent order information via email or phone, however you’d prefer.
The second point we need to highlight is the color of product photos on our site. We use the manufacturers’ photography and take great strides when we shoot our own photos to capture the true color and details of all the products on our site. There are great variations in screen and monitor display colors, so the color of the product may be slightly different when you receive it. If it’s not what you expected, please contact us. We have a 200% satisfied policy!
OUR “200% SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE” POLICY
You mean the world to us, and we’re thrilled you’ve become our customer. It’s paramount to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchases and experiences with AnnieWear online.
Within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive a full, hassle-free refund if our merchandise hasn’t met your expectations and it hasn’t been damaged while in your hands. Within 60 days of your purchase, you may return our merchandise for an AnnieWear credit or exchange.
Credit Card Refunds: If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your card account within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise back from you. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Gift Card Refunds: If you paid with a Gift Card, we'll mail you a refund check. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card.
Please contact us by phone or email to let us know you’ll be returning something to us. Then, repackage and send the merchandise back using a traceable service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) with the return sheet to:

We’re sorry, but we cannot refund your original, return, or exchange shipping charges. We will pay for the return shipping charges if your item arrived damaged and needs to be replaced. And we’ll pay for the shipping on any item that is back-ordered.
GIFT WRAPPING
We will happily wrap your purchase before sending it to the intended recipient. Please select if you'd like wrapping when you complete the GIFT area of our order page.There is a $5.00 charge for this service, and it will be added to your order.
SHIPPING
AnnieWear processes orders every day. We typically ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. We use UPS to ship your order, so please ensure that you use ONLY a street address. WE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX. Ground shipments, on average, will arrive to you within 5–10 business days, depending on where you live.
You can elect an express service for an additional charge if you need your order by a specific date. Simply select the service you’d like when you’re on the SHIPPING page of the order form. Your shipping charges are based on the total weight of the items in your order and where you live.
